Adventures With Nature: Enjoy a shadowy wander by ancient forest. See local plants and justification of Chumash habitation. Learn colorful chronological background. Dress for wind/weather. Meet during Reserve entrance, 0.7 miles easterly of South Bay Boulevard on Los Osos Valley Road. Easy walk, probability of poison oak, 1 mile, 1.5 hours. Rain cancels. No dogs please. Grand Dune Trail

Coreopsis Hill Hike

The annual travel to Coreopsis Hill (in a Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes) will be a infrequent travel by a dunes to a tip of Coreopsis Hill. This is a assuage hike, about 3 hours round-trip.
